BOAR Executive Coach Qualifications
Our ideal candidate possesses certain qualities that will help them lead coaching programs while encouraging their mentees to maximize their professional skills. Our ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of five (5) years of business experience including having built, run and/or sold a company.
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Robust sales skills with the ability to source, develop and enroll new business clients.
A life-long learner, having completed and implemented the learnings from personal and professional emotional intelligence (EQ) training.
Strong business ethic, with a commitment to confidentiality. These ethics and standards will apply to ALL coaching situations.
Computer Skills including the proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Salesforce experience preferred.
